Our hot tubs are custom built based on your color choices and specifications and shipped directly to your home.  Due to the nature and size of spas all sales are final.  There are no cancellations once the spa has shipped. There is a 15% restocking fee for any cancellations prior to shipping.  All Integrity Spas feature a manufactures warranty.  Please contact customer service at [email protected] or call toll free at (877) 233-8123 with any warranty questions or concerns.

Other Products:

All other products may be returned within 15 days of receipt.  All products must be returned unopened, fully insured and in the original packaging.  Please contact customer service for a return authorization.  Any related shipping costs are non refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
